The Artifact Uprising & Jenna Kutcher 2018 Print Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is a one-time Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:59am MST on January 29, 2018 and ends on the final day of the giveaway at 11:59pm CST on February 2, 2018 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is Artifact Uprising. 1616 Stout St, Suite 200, Denver, CO 80202. You must visit the landing page and completely fill out and submit the registration form or email help@artifactuprising.com. Each new registration completed and received by Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period will be entered in the prize drawing. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the permitted number of entries by using multiple and/or different identities, forms, registrations, addresses or any other method will void all of that participant’s entries and that participant may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Normal Internet, phone and usage charges imposed by your online or phone service may apply. Incomplete, corrupted, or untimely entries are void and will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant or participant. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO WIN. PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING THE PRIZE. VOID IN ALASKA, HAWAII, AND RHODE ISLAND AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. This Sweepstakes may only be entered in or from the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Rhode Island), and the District of Columbia and entries originating from any other jurisdiction are not eligible for entry. By entering the Sweepstakes, you consent to receive email newsletter and promotional messages from Artifact Uprising and Jenna Kutcher. You can opt-out of receiving these communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email. The Sweepstakes is open solely to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous states of the United States (excluding Rhode Island) and the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and over the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. Three (3) prize winners will receive one (1) credit for an Artifact Uprising Print and access to a selection of Jenna Kutcher drone photos. Winners will be required to pay shipping and handling on any purchase made with the Prize credit. Prize may not be redeemed for cash. All prize credits are valid until March 25th, 2018. Sponsor is under no obligation to honor the Prize credit after this date. If Prize is not used by the expiration date, Winner forfeits the value of the Prize. Three (3) winners will be selected in a random drawing, from among all eligible entries received. Drawings will be conducted by Artifact Uprising and their decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by an Artifact Uprising employee. Drawing for the winner will take place directly following the end of the Sweepstakes period. The winner will be announced and contacted within one week of the drawing. Winner will be notified by email, using the email provided during giveaway entry. If winner does not respond within 10 days or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, then the Prize will be forfeited an alternate winner may be selected, if time permits. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution is allowed except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize is unavailable. Winner’s List.
